Returns

Curbstone Valley Farm cannot accept the return of personal care products, but will offer a product replacement, or refund, for incorrectly shipped, or damaged orders. 

If an item arrives in damaged condition, please contact us immediately at orders@curbstonevalley.com.

Please do not discard any packaging materials, or damaged product, until we respond to your claim, as photographs, or return of the damaged product, may be required as evidence for filing an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. Note that you may be required to take the damaged shipment to your local Post Office for inspection.

Non-personal care products must be returned in resale condition, and may be returned for a refund of the full purchase price within 14 days of receipt. Note that shipping costs cannot be refunded, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us prior to returning any product to ensure your return is handled appropriately.

Refunds

Note that all refunds are credited through PayPal to the customer email address provided during checkout. If you have a PayPal account the credited funds can be claimed by logging into your PayPal account. 

If you do NOT have a PayPal account, at the time the funds are credited, you will receive an email notification from PayPal about the credit, and instructions for setting up an account to claim your refund.
